Complaints / Grievance Redressal
The Bank believes in Good Corporate Governance and transparency in operations. As a logical step forward, the Bank has put in place a Complaints / Grievance Redressal Mechanism wherein an aggrieved entity has been empowered to get his complaint / grievance addressed to by the Competent Authority. The main features of the same are as under :
  • The complaint / grievance is to be submitted in the prescribed complaint form.
  • The receipt of a complaint / grievance would be acknowledged by the Bank within 7 days of its receipt.
  • Investigation of the complaint / grievance received from any member of the public or customer will be initiated by the Competent Complaint /
  • Grievance Redressal Authority within seven days of the receipt of the complaint / grievance and it would be completed within a maximum period of 3 months.
